Update Profile Details

1. How can I change my registered email address?

Users may submit a declaration letter stating the request to change the email from old email to their new email address. Include the details of: 

• The declaration handwritten on white paper 
• New email address 
• Selfie with original PAN 
• Connect with Customer Support team

2. How can I change or update my password for my BitDelta India account?

To update or change the password for their BitDelta India account the user need to:

• Go to security settings
• Click Password under ‘Advance’

Then the option to change the password will be available.
