 How can I make a Deposit Request? 

To make an INR deposit:

1. Go to the INR Deposit page on the BitDelta India website. 
2. Add the beneficiary bank details shown on the page with your mobile banking or net banking account. 
3. Transfer funds using IMPS / NEFT / RTGS. 
4. After completing the transfer, enter the UTR number in the deposit section to create a Deposit Request (DR). 

Your wallet will be credited with the requested deposit amount after the transaction is successfully verified.

Are there any fees for an INR deposit?

No. INR deposits are free of charge.

However, your bank may apply a transfer charges subject on the transfer method utilised.

What can I do if my INR deposit is delayed?

Here are a few consideration you can check on, if your deposit is delayed:

1. Check the transfer status with your bank  
2. Ensure the UTR number entered is correct 
3. If your wallet is not credited within the expected processing time, please raise a Customer Support ticket with the: 
   1. UTR number 
   2. Transfer amount 
   3. Transfer date and time
