The BAV rejection reason is not clear. What can I do?
If your Bank Account verification did not succeed, there is no need for worry. BitDelta India has a list of common reasons on why it might have not gone through:
1. IFSC code is missing on the document
The IFSC code provided may be incorrect. Kindly provide a cheque with clear details so we can work on your request again.
2. The BAV may have been rejected due to a handwritten document
The documents provided are hand written. For security reasons, BitDelta India only accept original documents for verification. Kindly provide the original details so the team can work on your request again.
3. The document may be password protected
The documents provided by the user may be password protected. Kindly provide a document that is not password protected so the team can work on the request again.
4. The bank account number provided is incorrect
The bank account number provided may be incorrect. We ask the user kindly provide a document for the correct bank account so the team can work on the request again.
