1. Why did my KYC fail?
If your KYC verification did not succeed, there is no need for worry. BitDelta India has a list of common reasons on why it might have not gone through:
- The details entered by the user did not match the images of the submitted documents from the user.
- The images may have blurry, making it difficult to recognise the text.
- The images may have too much glare, making it difficult to recognise the text.
- The user may have missed some details in the submitted documents.
For Documents users need to ensure:
- All sides and characters in the document are visible.
- Only submit images of the original documents as a photocopied document may not meet the verification requirements.
- Upload a high-quality image with clear text and no glare or blur.
- Save documents as .jpeg, .jpg, or .png.
2. What is required for the live selfie?
For the Live Selfie users need to ensure:
- Good lighting that is visible for the selfie
- No filters or editing of the selfie
- The selfie is not cropped
