If you are unable to sign up, work through this checklist first:
Check your email address. Make sure you have typed your email correctly with no extra spaces.
Check your password. Your password must meet all these requirements:
- Between 10 & 16 characters
- At least one uppercase letter
- At least one lowercase letter
- At least one number
- At least one special character
- Should not contain any spaces
- Should not contain any parts of the registered Email or Phone number
If the Sign-up button stays disabled, your password is probably missing one of these.
Confirm your mobile number is eligible. Make sure you have an Indian mobile (+91 country code) which is activated and able to receive SMS.
Check if you already have an account. If you have previously signed up with the same email or mobile number, try logging in instead, or use the Forgot password option.
Try a different browser or update the app. Clear your browser cache or try a different browser. If you are on the app, make sure you have updated to the latest version from the Play Store or App Store.
Check your internet connection. A weak or interrupted connection can cause the sign-up form to fail. You may want to try switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data to test.
