Login errors may occur due to some of these common issues. You should:
Check your credentials
- Confirm you are using the correct registered email address.
- Check that Caps Lock is off and that you have not accidentally added a trailing space.
- Passwords are case-sensitive.
Reset your password. If you have forgotten your password, or are unsure, use the Forgot password link on the login screen. BitDelta India will send a reset link to your registered email. The link is valid only for a limited time.
Check for account status messages. If your account is under temporary review, you will receive a message. The message will tell you what action to take.
Update the app or clear the browser
- App users: update to the latest version.
- Browser users: clear your cache and cookies or try an incognito/private window.
Still locked out? Write to support@bitdelta.in from your registered email address. Include your registered mobile number and a brief description of what happens when you try to log in (e.g., "OTP not received," "password rejected," "2FA code failing").
