Mobile OTPs usually arrive within 30 seconds. If you are still waiting after a minute, work through this checklist:
- Check that you have entered the right mobile number. Confirm the number on screen is your registered mobile number, including the correct country code (+91).
- Check your SMS inbox properly. SMS OTPs can sometimes be filed under your phone's Promotions, Updates, or Transactions tabs. Look in all SMS categories.
- Check your DND (Do Not Disturb) settings. If you have activated DND on your number, transactional SMS, including OTPs, may be blocked.
- Check your network signal. A weak signal can delay SMS.
- Wait for the resend timer and try once more. Do not request multiple OTPs in quick succession as this triggers a cooldown. Wait for the Resend OTP option to become available and try again.
