If you do not receive an email, try these steps:
Check your spam, junk, and promotions folders. Move any BitDelta India email out of spam and mark it as Not spam.
Add BitDelta India to your safe senders list. Follow the steps in the previous FAQ to whitelist support@bitdelta.in addresses.
Check your email storage. A full inbox blocks new mail. Free up space and prompt an email resend.
Check email forwarding rules. If you have set up forwarding or filtering rules in your email account, BitDelta India emails may be getting redirected. Check your filter settings.
Still not receiving emails? Write to support@bitdelta.in and the type of email you are missing (OTP, deposit confirmation, trade alert, etc.). Our team can check delivery logs and get back to you.
