Email OTPs (One-Time-Password) usually arrive within a few seconds, but occasionally they can be delayed by the OTP provider. Try these steps:
- Wait 1–2 minutes. Email delivery can sometimes be slightly delayed. Give it a few minutes before retrying.
- Check your spam, junk, and promotions folders for an email from BitDelta India. If you find it there, mark it as Not spam so future emails reach your inbox.
- Confirm you are using the right email address. Make sure the email address you have entered matches the one registered on your BitDelta India account.
- Request a new OTP on the OTP screen. Please wait for the resend timer to expire and then tap Resend OTP. Avoid repeatedly clicking the resend button.
- Add BitDelta India to your safe senders list. This prevents future OTPs from being filtered.
- Check whether your inbox is full. If your mailbox is over its storage limit, new emails, including OTPs, will be rejected. Free up space and request a new OTP.
