How can I complete KYC manually?

You can complete the KYC manually by capturing images of your documents.

Before you start, keep these ready:

• Original Aadhar and PAN Card
• A valid address proof via Aadhaar
• Your bank account details
• A device with a working camera for the live selfie

Step-by-step

1. Start KYC from your BitDelta India dashboard.
2. Enter your personal details. Full name (exactly as on PAN) and date of birth.
3. Choose Manual KYC when prompted to pick a verification method.
4. Submit your PAN by clicking a photo. 
5. Capture your address proof.
   1. Capture a clear photo of the front of the Aadhaar document.
   2. Capture a clear photo of the back of the Aadhaar document.
6. Complete the live selfie. Follow the on-screen prompts to capture.
7. Complete the AML questionnaire
8. Confirm your address 
9. Add your bank account.
   1. Choose the account type: only Savings account, are accepted
   2. Enter the first name, middle name, and last name as per the bank account
   3. Enter your bank account number and IFSC code
   4. Consent to the penny drop
   5. Then click on Add Bank Account

Then, review and submit.
