Use this checklist before you re-submit your documents.
- All documents are valid.
- All four corners of the document are visible in the photo
- No glare, shadow, or reflection is obscuring any text
- No fingers, hands, or other objects are covering any part of the document
- All text is sharp and readable
- The document has not been photographed at an angle.
On the live selfie
- You are in a well-lit space
- You are not wearing sunglasses, a mask, or anything covering your face
- Your face is fully visible and centred in the frame
