Some common reasons for a KYC rejection include:
- Document photos that were blurry, cropped, or in poor light
- A name mismatch between your PAN, address proof, and bank account
- The live selfie did not match the photo on your documents
- A detail you entered did not match what's on your documents
Re-submit your documents through the same KYC flow
- Log in to your BitDelta India account.
- Go to the dashboard and you will see a banner for KYC
- Re-enter your KYC Details.
- Submit again.
